21st Annual United Bikers of Maine Statewide Weekend Event - N. New Portland, ME - Aug 17-19, 2007

Here are just some of the pictures we have so far from the 21st Annual U.B.M. Event. As mentioned we had a camera malfunction and want to thank everyone who sent over photos of the pulls. Between the weather and problems competitors had with there pulling trikes, it turned out to be a great event. Thanks to Mike and Kathy Hodnett of U.B.M. for putting on a great weekend event. We hope to do it again, bigger and better. We had some event conflicts with other competitors during the same weekend this year.

One of our competitors had an accident practicing before the event and created a new sport, they now like to call it "Coach Climbing" You'll see the photos below. Most important is that everyone is okay. More to come on this event very soon. *Note: If anyone has any other good photos of the pulls please feel free to send them to us and also check out the U.B.M. website for more photos from the entire weekend event.

Congratulations to Steve Wheeler riding "Thrasher" for coming in 1st at the event. He had some pretty out of control pulls but ended up winning on time with the fastest full pull. Karl Poist riding "Bueller" came in 2nd. This is his first year pulling. Scott Powers of Mainiac Racing riding "Plaything" finished in 3rd.
